Managing Director (Works) – Lamina Foundries Ltd.

Vishal Hegde is the Managing Director (Works) of Lamina Foundries Ltd., responsible for overall plant operations and manufacturing excellence. His role encompasses production, quality assurance, maintenance, safety, environmental compliance, capacity planning, and continuous improvement across the organisation’s foundry operations.

Under his leadership, Lamina Foundries has strengthened process discipline, operational reliability, and adherence to global manufacturing and quality standards. He actively drives initiatives focused on productivity improvement, cost optimisation through process efficiency, preventive maintenance, and the adoption of best practices in foundry operations.

Known for his hands-on and systems-driven leadership style, Vishal Hegde places strong emphasis on safety, workforce capability, and ethical operating practices. He believes that sustainable manufacturing is built on robust systems, disciplined execution, and investment in people and technology.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he serves as the Chancellor of Nitte (Deemed to be University), contributing to institutional governance and long-term academic development. His involvement in higher education strengthens Lamina Foundries’ focus on skill development, leadership pipeline, and organisational culture.

Director – Lamina Group of Companies & Managing Director (Marketing) – Lamina Foundries Ltd.

Mr. Gopalkrishna Shenoy is Director of the Lamina Group of Companies and Managing Director (Marketing) at Lamina Foundries Ltd., with over three decades of experience spanning engineering, information technology consulting, and manufacturing leadership.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pune.

Mr. Shenoy began his career with KEC International Ltd., Mumbai, before joining Tata Infotech Ltd., where he worked in software consultancy and served as a Data Warehouse Consultant with Supervalu, Minneapolis, USA, gaining valuable international exposure.

He joined Lamina Foundries Ltd. as Executive Director in 2003 and served as Managing Director from 2011 to 2020, overseeing the Company’s overall operations and strategic direction.

Since 2020, he has continued to oversee the Marketing function as Managing Director, with a focus on strengthening market presence, deepening customer relationships, and driving sustainable business growth.

Mr Srinivasan is our Chief operating officer with over 44 years of experience in this industry.

He is responsible for New Product development, Feasibility of new parts, Quotation for new enquiries, Cost improvement, Lookout of new technologies and diversification avenue, Raw material Purchase , all statutory compliances.
